Caravans, Camping and Wigwams - Terms and Conditions
To reserve a pitch please ring 01723 890437. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations, payable by debit/credit card or cheque.
What is provided in the Wigwams?
Each heated wooden Wigwam has its own mattresses, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge and barbecue for the true outdoor experience. Just bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, torches, toiletries, plates, tea towels etc. Call in at the farm shop for your barbecue essentials and set up camp!
All guests must observe the following conditions in order to keep the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this peaceful, rural haven.
1. Pets:
Well-behaved dogs are free, but must be kept on leads at all times. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pets . Acceptable breeds only.
2. Campfires:
No campfires permitted, apart from the fire pits which can be purchased from reception.
3. Noise:
Please consider other guests and keep radios, televisions, CDs, barking dogs to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
4. BBQs:
Raised BBQs only allowed, if kept away from trees. Do not encroach onto adjacent pitches. No BBQs to be positioned directly on the grass.
5. Hook-Ups are provided on most pitches & inclusive in the price. Hook-up suitable for lighting, TV and low voltage domestic appliances
6. Driving:
The speed limit is 5mph around the park.
7. Waste & Rubbish:
Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc must not be flushed down the toilets. These items must be wrapped and put in the bin provided. Emptying of the chemical toilets at the Elson point. Emptying of waste into designated drain. Refuse area situated near the reception. Please do not drop litter.
8. Children under six years old must be accompanied when using the toilet block facilities. Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
9. Farm safety:
Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas, and do not play on any farm machinery.
10. The farm pond:
Please ensure your children are accompanied when passing the pond, and if feeding the ducks. Please do not allow your children to play around this area.
11. Emergency telephone numbers:
A list of emergency numbers is available in the shower/toilet block and for emergencies a telephone is available in reception.
12. Farm Dogs/Pets:
Please note, two Jack Russells are resident at the farm. These dogs are working animals, they are friendly but please ensure children under 6 years of age are supervised if stroking the dogs.
13. The owners of the park are absolved of all liability for accidents to caravans, tents, and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
14. The owners of the park reserve the rights to ask guests not observing the conditions to leave the park.
15. Final payment:
This must be settled on your arrival. You will be issued with your pitch number and a copy of the campsite rules.
16. Cancellations:
Providing notice is given to us 28 days in advance for caravans and tents, 48 days for wigwams. We reserve the right to keep any money or cancellation fee. Should we re-let the pitch/wigwam we will be happy to offer you alternative dates for your holiday.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.

18: Recycling:
Please make use of the recycling facilities provided.
19: If children feed hens/ducks or come into contact with other farm animals, please ensure they wash their hands.
20: No transit vans allowed on site without prior notice.
It is expected that all visitors will have read and understood these conditions.
