Set in a tranquil quarter acre site surrounded by undulating hills and wildlife is Humble Bee Caravan and Camping. Ideal for countryside walks around the farm, or for brisk rambles along the cliff tops, Humble Bee Farm is a walker’s paradise - dogs welcome.

With our Aylesbury ducks, the duck pond, farmyard animals and our onsite shop, you can sit back, relax and enjoy locally made ice creams and gather around the camp fire with the glorious Yorkshire countryside around you. Let the kids burn off holiday energy in our fantastic play area, including a fireman’s pole!

Humble Bee Caravan and Camping includes non-electric and electric hook-up pitches and is close to takeaways, pubs, restaurants, visitor attractions and much more. Humble Bee Farm is perfect for the seasoned camper or for those who have never camped before. Our new toilet and shower block is scheduled to open Easter 2010 (see below), in addition to our existing arrangements which include hot water wash-up facilities, toilets, showers and coin operated laundry. Our onsite amenities help you make the most of your holiday.

Fabulous new amenity block, scheduled opening – Easter 2010, including:

• Separate male and female toilets and shower
• Family/disabled shower room
• Baby changing facilities
• Indoor wash-up area
• Fridge/freezer and microwave for customer use
• Central heating
• Book exchange (select and swap a book from the range of titles)
• Powered by solar panels

Our onsite shop has lots of local information available. We are proud of our Yorkshire Coast, famous for its surfing, dinosaurs and spectacular cliff top views – Cayton Bay, Filey, Hunmanby Gap and Flamborough Head are all within easy distance by car or by cycle. Don’t forget the Wolds Way National Trail borders our farm, a section of which takes you right into Filey itself.

The shop also sells cricket bats, Frisbees, playing cards, hula hoops – who said these fun things were just for the kids? Don’t forget we have Calor Gas and camping gaz available, along with fire pits you can hire and during busy times you can get milk, bread, tea, coffee, local bacon, sausages and eggs and other essentials. Our campsite also includes a chemical disposal and recycling facilities.

Humble Bee Farm is famous for its wildlife, including lapwings, corn buntings, skylarks, kestrels, deer, butterflies, ladybirds, grey patridge and much more – a chance to get close to nature.
