Caravan and camping tariffs

Pitches include the following:
1 car, caravan/tent, electric hook-up, 4 people:

Open 12 months of the year.

From 24th July to 1st September, full week bookings only, arrival and departure Saturday to Saturday for all electric hook up bookings.

All prices include VAT.

Awning, electric hook up, 4 persons, 1 car included in pitch prices

Low Season: £16 per pitch per night
excluding ALL Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter and half terms)
January to July 1st, from 6th September to 31st December 2010

Single occupancy: £8 per tent per night

Non electric pitches: weekends only, May, June £16 per pitch per night

From 23rd July and throughout August available at £18 per pitch per night minimum 2 night stay

High Season

£21 per pitch per night
July 2nd to 5th September 2010

Bank Holidays: £24 per pitch per night, 4 nights minimum stay, arriving Thursday, departing Monday

May Day (first Bank Holiday in May), £24 per pitch per night, 3 nights minimum stay, arriving Friday, departing Monday

If you stay 5 nights or more over Bank Holidays, you will only be charged the high season rate of £21 per pitch per night

Single occupancy: £12 per tent per night

Terms for caravans, camping and wigwams

All guests must observe the following conditions in order to keep the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this peaceful, rural haven.

1. Pets:
   Well-behaved dogs are free, but must be kept on leads. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pets . Acceptable breeds only.
2. Campfires:
   No campfires permitted.
3. Noise:
   Please consider other guests and keep radios, televisions, CDs, barking dogs to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
4. BBQs:
   Raised BBQs only allowed, if kept away from trees. Do not encroach onto adjacent pitches. No BBQs to be positioned directly on the grass.
5. Hook-Ups are provided on all pitches & inclusive in the pitch.
   Hook-up suitable for lighting, TV and low voltage domestic appliances
6. Driving:
   The speed limit is 5mph around the park.
7. Waste & Rubbish:
   Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc. must not be flushed down the toilets. These items must be wrapped and put in the bin provided. Emptying of the chemical toilets at the Elson point. Emptying of waste into designated drain. Refuse area situated near the reception. Please do not drop litter.
8. Children under six years old
   ...must be accompanied when using the toilet block facilities. Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
9. Farm safety:
   Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas, and do not play on any farm machinery.
10. The farm pond:
    Please ensure your children are accompanied when passing the pond, and if feeding the ducks. Please do not allow your children to play around this area.
11. Emergency telephone numbers:
    A list of emergency numbers is available in the shower/toilet block and for emergencies a telephone is available in reception.
12. Farm dogs/Pets:
    Please note, two Jack Russells are resident at the farm. These dogs are working animals, they are friendly but please ensure children under 6 years of age are supervised if stroking the dogs.
13. The owners of the park are absolved of all liability
    ...for accidents to caravans, tents, and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
14. The owners of the park reserve the rights
    ...to ask guests not observing the conditions to leave the park.
15. Final payment:
    This must be settled on your arrival. You will be issued with your pitch number and a copy of the campsite rules.
16. Cancellations:
    Providing notice is given to us 28 days in advance for caravans and tents, 48 days for wigwams. We reserve the right to keep any money or cancellation fee. Should we re-let the pitch/wigwam we will be happy to offer you alternative dates for your holiday.
    In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.

    Strictly no smoking
18. Recycling:
    Please make use of the recycling facilities provided.
