Reservations:
Bank Holidays: £26 per pitch per night for tourers, £24 for tent pitches, 4 night minimum stay - Inc. Easter, Royal Wedding Bank Holiday, May Bank Holidays and August Bank Holiday.
Any two night bookings to be paid in full at time of booking.

All reservations require 50% prepaid deposit by card. You will then receive an email confirmation with our Terms and Condition and your confirmation sheet. If you do not receive your confirmation by email, then you are required to contact us so we can check you booking and any extras that may be been requested.
When booking with us, it is important to think about extras, such as extra cars, gazebos, dogs, extra people and so on. Please let us know if your tent, tourer etc is larger than average: our approximate pitch size measures 8m x 8m but we do have some larger pitches available.

Terms for caravans, camping and wigwams
Please note two night stays are fully payable in advance, while three or more nights requires a 50% deposit to secure your wigwam or camping/caravan pitch. Group bookings are fully payable in advance (group bookings are two or more wigwams or caravan/camping pitches), with a 50% deposit required to secure your pitches or wigwams, the rest being payable six weeks in advance. If your booking is made less than six weeks ahead, then the full balance is payable.
To reserve a pitch please ring 01723 890437. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations, payable by debit/credit card or cheque. Remaining balance payable on arrival.
All guests must observe the following conditions in order to keep the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this peaceful, rural haven.
We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied adults aged 21 or under.
- Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads at all times. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pets . Acceptable breeds only.
- Campfires: No campfires permitted, apart from the fire pits that can be purchased from reception.
- Noise: Please consider other guests and keep radios, televisions, CDs, barking dogs to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
- BBQs: Raised BBQs only allowed, if kept away from trees. Do not encroach onto adjacent pitches. No BBQs to be positioned directly on the grass.
- Driving: The speed limit is 5mph around the park.
- Waste & Rubbish: Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc must not be flushed down the toilets. Bins provided.These items must be wrapped and put in the bin provided. Emptying of the chemical toilets at the Elson point. Emptying of waste into designated drain. Refuse area situated near the reception. Please do not drop litter.
- Children must be accompanied when using the toilet block facilities. Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
- Farm safety: Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas, and do not play on any farm machinery.
- The farm pond: Please ensure your children are accompanied when passing the pond, and if feeding the ducks. Please do not allow your children to play around this area.
- Emergency telephone numbers: A list of emergency numbers is available in the shower/toilet block and for emergencies a telephone is available in reception.
- Farm Dogs / Pets: Please note, three Jack Russells are resident at the farm. These dogs are working animals, they are friendly but please ensure children are supervised if stroking the dogs. If you are brining your own dog, he/she must be kept on a lead, and owners must clear up after their pet. There is a charge of £3.50 per dog per night if staying in a wigwam.
- The owners of the park are absolved of all liability for accidents to caravans, tents, and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
- The owners of the park reserve the rights to ask guests not observing the conditions to leave the park.
- Final payment: This must be settled on your arrival. You will be issued with your pitch number and a copy of the campsite information. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR 2 NIGHT STAYS, FULL BALANCE IN PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
For group bookings, 50% deposit required to secure your wigwam/pitch, then remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 6 weeks in advance, then full balance is payable.
- Cancellations: We do not give refunds on any bookings made at Humble Bee Wigwams. However, should more than 48 hours notice be given we will offer an alternative date suitable to you should we have availability.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.
In the event of a cancellation, a £5 administration fee will be charged.
Please note any damages to site facilities or any wigwam left in an unsatisfactory state will incur extra charges.
- Wigwams: Strictly no smoking
- Recycling: Please make use of the recycling facilities provided. The Biffa unit is adjacent to Pitch 3.
- If children feed hens / ducks or come into contact with other farm animals, please ensure they wash their hands.
- No transit vans allowed on site without prior notice.
- Wigwams – arrivals from 1pm on first day, to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- Caravan and tent pitches to be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Children's Play Park
Our play park is provided for children to enjoy, open from 8am, closing at 9pm. If any inconsiderate noise is made, the play area will be closed immediately. Humble Bee Farm does not allow the following in the play area: Ball games, bikes, stone throwing, bad language, water bombs or water pistols.
