Welcome to our Humble Bee Farm Events Page
We have an exciting year ahead with our calendar of events for 2012 and our new diary is now available for you to read right here!
Here at Humble Bee Farm, we are now part of the Higher Level Stewardship Scheme (HLS), run by Natural England. The scheme encourages farmers to work in harmony with the natural surroundings and therefore help to sustain our fragile ecology. Humble Bee Farm is already a haven for a myriad of wild animals, birds and plants, including hares, roe deer, corn buntings, lapwings, butterflies, beetles and lots more.
By partaking in the HLS, we can offer guests the opportunity to take part in a number of exciting events, from experiencing the wonders of Nocturnal Nature to enjoying our Humble Bee Farm Lambing and Calving Live events! Don't forget our themed weekends, such as Easter and Halloween. And - new for this year! Mum in a Million Weekend, during Mother's Day Weekend (17th and 18th March 2012). Please ask us for details.
So why not click on the PDF (below) and download our events leaflet, which contains a lot more detail, and see below information about our two wildlife experts, Richard Baines and Steve Race.

Most of our events are free, however there are some events for which charges apply. Our events are for everyone to enjoy, but booking is required as guest numbers are limited.
