High Season
July, August, all half terms, Christmas, New Year,
Minimum 2 night stay: typical prices: a family of 4, Friday and Saturday night: £120
Special weekly family rate - just £350! (Excluding Bank Holidays) throughout July and August.
2 night minimum stay, £20 per adult per night, £10 per child per night.
July and August: minimum nightly charge per wigwam is £30 per night, excluding Bank Holidays.
Bank Holidays: 3 nights minimum stay for a family of 4 to 5 – £180
All Bank Holidays (May Day, Spring Bank, August, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday) require a minimum 3 night stay, minimum nightly charge per Wigwam is £60.
Mid Season
March, April, May, June, September and October
excluding Bank Holiday weekends, Easter and half terms:
2 night minimum stay - £18 per adult per night, £9 per child per night, Friday and Saturday nights.
Dog (one dog per Wigwam): £3 per night.
Midweek special rate, Sunday to Thursday inclusive - £16 per adult per night, £8 per child per night.
Low Season
November, December, January and February
excluding Christmas, New Year and half terms:
2 night minimum stay - £16 per adult per night, £8 per child per night 2yrs to 12 years(excluding Friday and Saturday nights)
Dog (one dog per Wigwam): £3 per night.
Midweek special rate, Sunday to Thursday inclusive - £15 per adult per night, £7 per child per night.
Minimum nightly charge £25, weekends 2 nights minimum stay.
Low season special offers – 2 nights for 2 persons Sunday to Thursday £50
All prices inclusive of VAT.

Terms for caravans, camping and wigwams
All guests must observe the following conditions in order to keep the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this peaceful, rural haven.
1. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are free, but must be kept on leads. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pets . Acceptable breeds only.
2. Campfires: No campfires permitted.
3. Noise: Please consider other guests and keep radios, televisions, CDs, barking dogs to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
4.BBQ'S: Raised BBQs only allowed, if kept away from trees. Do not encroach onto adjacent pitches. No BBQs to be positioned directly on the grass.
5. Hook Ups are provided on all pitches & inclusive in the pitch. Hook-up suitable for lighting, TV and low voltage domestic appliances
6. Driving: The speed limit is 5mph around the park.
7. Waste & Rubbish: Wipes, sanitary waste, nappies, cloths etc must not be flushed down the toilets. These items must be wrapped and put in the bin provided. Emptying of the chemical toilets at the Elson point. Emptying of waste into designated drain. Refuse area situated near the reception. Please do not drop litter.
8.Children must be accompanied when using the toilet block facilities. Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
9. Farm safety: Please ensure your children do not use the farm buildings as play areas, and do not play on any farm machinery.
10. Farm Pond: Please ensure your children are accompanied when passing the pond, and if feeding the ducks. Please do not allow your children to play around this area.
11. Emergency telephone numbers: A list of emergency numbers is available in the shower/toilet block and for emergencies a telephone is available in reception.
12. Farm dogs/Pets: Please note, two Jack Russells are resident at the farm. These dogs are working animals, they are friendly but please ensure young children are supervised if stroking the dogs.
13. The owners of the park are absolved of all liability for accidents to caravans, tents, and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
14.The owners of the park reserve the rights to ask guests not observing the conditions to leave the park.
15. Final payment: This must be settled on your arrival. You will be issued with your pitch number and a copy of the campsite rules.
16. Cancellations: Providing notice is given to us 28 days in advance for caravans and tents, 48 days for wigwams. We reserve the right to keep any money or cancellation fee. Should we re-let the pitch/wigwam we will be happy to offer you alternative dates for your holiday.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.
17. Wigwams: Strictly no smoking
18: Recycling: Please make use of the recycling facilities provided.
